Options, Opportunities and Best Practices for Conducting Estate Planning Signings Remotely

The Probate and Estate Planning section's monthly MCLE is holding its "lunch" program for May in the form of a Zoom Video Conference. This month's topic is Options, Opportunities and Best Practices for Conducting Estate Planning Signings Remotely. This program will be presented by Heather Johnston of the Sapphire Law Group. Ms. Johnston was selected as one of only 10 attorneys in the country to serve as a 2015-2017 Fellow for the Real Property Trust and Estates Section of the American Bar Association. She has spoken on numerous occasions for the ABA and CEB and has authored articles for CEB.

This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference and hosted by Cunningham Legal. Registered attendees will be provided with the Zoom registration information once you have registered for this event and paid your fee. Please follow the confirmation link to register for the Zoom account to receive your Zoom passcode. We realize this may seem redundant, but this method will take the place of the sign-in sheet and allow us to confirm your attendance on May 11 to qualify for your certificate. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this new method of providing MCLE during this challenging time.

This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit or one hour specialty credit.
