Estate Planning

We believe that a quality estate plan is critical for everyone, and that the most important part of estate planning is the guidance of a professional. We provide clients with quality estate plans on a fixed-fee basis, and make the experience both custom as well as exceptionally convenient. Our estate planning process is incredibly thorough, and supported by handouts, checklists and other recommended practices to ensure that your estate plan is implemented as effectively as possible.

Business Planning

Starting a business, expanding a business or exiting a business can all be exciting, but also overwhelming. We represent clients in entity selection, formation, operation and dissolution. In particular, we focus on integrating a business with an effective estate plan, business continuity plan (aka emergency plan) and succession planning. We like to, as they say, “begin with the end in mind.”

Trust and Estate Administration

Trust administration is the process that an individual or family will go through when a loved one passes away with a trust in place. The trustee is tasked with administering the trust, which can often be a tedious and confusing process. Since a trustee has a fiduciary duty to the beneficiaries of the trust, having legal counsel as a part of the team can be invaluable to the trustee during this difficult time.
